Our yoga classes are for all levels. Our smaller class sizes allow for more individualized attention than you might find from a larger studio. We focus on physical postures, breathwork, and meditation, facilitating complete practice. Combining yoga moves with our halotherapy is a must for all looking for that alternative approach to overall healing. Try it once, and you’ll be hooked.
Salt-Stretch-Sound

Salt Stretch and Sound is a 60 min experience that moves the participants through a Yin Yoga style stretch and is paired with a guided meditation that includes breathing techniques to increase the benefits of the salt treatment. The Yin Yoga practice is best known for its slow movement and holding poses for 3-5 minutes at a time. This allows the body to relax, eventually allowing benefits to the deeper tendons, ligaments, and bones. This is NOT a high-exertion class. All movement in this class is BEGINNER FRIENDLY and we strive to make adjustments to the poses for people that may need accommodations. This bundle includes a salt session during the active stretch part of the class and concludes with a 10-minute crystal bowl sound bath promoting rest and relaxation.
Failure to reschedule and client no-shows will result in a charge of the FULL SERVICE FEE.

Our kid’s yoga class is an engaging energetic practice that teaches children the importance of their center, breathing, teamwork, and mindfulness through story telling and movement. In addition, the Child and parent (if 5 or under) will benefit from Dry Salt Therapy session as they engage in the yoga class.
